Marie Thérèse Royce, is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Marie Royce LLC, a firm specializing in consulting and corporate board services.
Marie is passionate about the environment. As a global Environmental Quality manager at Procter & Gamble, Marie created the first-ever environmental report, and measurements system for the corporation. At global telecommunications manufacturer, Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) she served on the environmental task force and lead the Public Affairs Americas region team.
Ms. Royce was an Executive at Choice Hotels, Marriott International, and Avendra. She was a full-time faculty member at her alma mater, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She taught courses in hospitality management and business. Marie also was Project Director for the University of Petrozovadsk, Russia program.
Marie received her Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University, and was recognized with highest academic honors, Beta Gamma Sigma. As a double-major her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, was in Marketing Management; and Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

A recognized leader, Marie has a served in more than 20 non-profit board positions. As a American Council of Young Political Leaders delegate, she represented the United States to Hungary & Poland. In addition to Earth Echo, she serves on the following boards: U.S. Department of State, Advisory Committee, International Communications and Information Policy; Medicustek USA, the Executive Council for Congressional Families for Cancer Prevention; and the Cal State Fullerton DC Scholars program.
She is an Owner/Partner of Genderstrategy.com and the book "Why Must There Be Dragons?.”
