Expedition Fellow: Water By Design

Born in the sun-soaked sands of Santa Monica, Mr. Chang grew up in Northern and Southern California. Having attained an International Studies degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore MD, Mr. Chang is a world traveler, having worked and lived in Russia, Peru, and Jordan for example. Mr. Chang is a Teach For America alumni from Phoenix, AZ, where he also obtained a Masters in Education degree from Arizona State University.
