Sarika Sawant is a PhD student at University of Illinois studying fish telemetry and biology. She previously completed her master’s degree at Arizona State University in Biology, studying shark and fish morphology/biomechanics. Sarika is passionate about connecting climate change to its effect on marine life and has an interest in policy work.
