EarthEcho International Welcomes New Board Members Celeste Cooper, Vickie Gogo, and Brian Schoening

Washington, DC (March 24, 2025) EarthEcho International, Philippe Cousteau, Jr.’s nonprofit dedicated to building a global youth movement to protect and restore our ocean planet, is expanding the scope and expertise of its Board of Directors with three new appointments. Celeste Cooper is a seasoned consultant specializing in strategy and operations for executive teams, Vickie Gogo is Senior Partner who leads a communications line of business at ICF Next, and Brian Schoening is a leader in corporate sustainability and Founder of One Small Step.

Celeste Cooper is a seasoned consultant specializing in strategy and operations for executive teams, with more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Her career spans a broad range of technology-focused businesses, from early-stage startups to Fortune 50 companies. Most recently, Celeste served as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Execution at Marvell Technology, a leading semiconductor company known for its cutting-edge innovations in data infrastructure.

Vickie Gogo is a Senior Partner who leads a communications line of business at ICF Next. Vickie's work includes issues in public health and chronic disease; environment and energy; education; transportation and driver safety; and housing and homelessness. Her two decades of client work includes service for federal agencies; foundations, associations and nonprofits; higher education institutions; and corporations. She has demonstrated experience in media outreach, partnership engagement, events and exhibits, materials development, online outreach, grassroots outreach, and community engagement.

Brian Schoening is the Founder of One Small Step, a consultancy dedicated to helping businesses develop sustainability programs that create positive impact and lasting value. He has 25 years of diverse experience in the aerospace industry. Brian previously led Sustainability at Northrop Grumman and, for over a decade, spearheaded the company’s environmental programs, including the Technology for Conservation initiative. Earlier in his aerospace engineering career, he contributed to a variety of aircraft, spacecraft, and human spaceflight programs.
