CELEBRATING THE LAUNCH OF THE 2022 EARTHECHO WATER CHALLENGE IN SPAIN
The 2022 EarthEcho Water Challenge kicks off at Barcelona's CosmoCaixa science museum on March 22 in celebration of World Water Day in collaboration with Xylem Inc. and the Guardiola Sala Foundation. We are thrilled to return to Spain, where in December we held an in-person training for Water Challenge Ambassadors and local educators in Barcelona. Hosted by Philippe Cousteau and Pep Guardiola, the March event will provide unique opportunities for students from local schools to connect with their local water resources through water quality testing, sustainability demonstrations, and water resource education. We look forward to connecting students to Manchester City F.C.'s Water Heroes Academy and the newest Water Heroes campaign as continue our work to protect water resources worldwide.

Nicolas also had the unique opportunity to speak alongside government leaders during the Parliament’s Forum, where he highlighted EarthEcho’s mission, the OceanEcho 30x30 campaign, and the crucial role youth voices play in achieving a durable ocean conservation movement. You can read his reflection on this special event.
