NEA Foundation grants
$2,000 Educator Grants
Application Deadline: June 1, 2014
Teachers are invited to apply for EarthEcho Expedition Student Achievement grants of up to $2,000 to support projects that mitigate the impacts of dead zones in local communities, as inspired by EarthEcho Expeditions: Into the Dead Zone. Interested public school educators must be registered at www.EarthEcho.org/Expeditions to be eligible to apply. All applications must be submitted through the NEA Foundation online application portal, with additional instructions below.
In order to be considered for an EarthEcho Expeditions Student Achievement grant, applicants must:
- Be a registered user through the EarthEcho Expeditions website at www.EarthEcho.org/Expeditions;
- Check the “EarthEcho Expeditions Student Achievement Grant” box in the “Featured Grants” section of the grant application;
- State in the grant application summary: “We are applying for an EarthEcho Expeditions Student Achievement grant;” and
- Include EarthEcho Expeditions activities within your grant application.
