Aana Shenai is a youth climate activist interested in environmental education, policy, and health initiatives. She discovered her passion for environmental education and awareness while working at a local farm summer camp where she taught kids about sustainable agriculture and wildlife. In high school, she began working with organizations like Action For The Climate Emergency and Our Youth For The Climate to encourage young people to take action on environmental issues; she also served as a member of Cincinnati’s Inaugural Youth Environmental Council. Currently a freshman in college, Aana sits on the board of 350 Chicago and works as the campaign head for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Campaign at Loyola Chicago’s Student Environmental Alliance.
