Mary Lindow

Mary Lindow has been an instructor at the Battle Creek Area Mathematics and Science Center since 1995 teaching Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Biology, and Bioethics. In 2012, she became the K-12 Mathematics and Science Curriculum Director in addition to serving as a Director for the Michigan Mathematics and Science Center Network. In her current role, Mary develops STEM programming for elementary and middle school students in a three county area and works closely with the City of Battle Creek on annual events such as the Children’s Water Festival and watershed projects. Mary received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and Master’s Degrees in Science Education and Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. She received National Board Teacher Certification in 2000 and certification renewal in 2009.
