Ramiro is an activist and Engineer in Energy Systems at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Member of REACCIONA - Red de Acción Climática A. C. He was the 4th president of the 1st youth environmental group of the UNAM (the Energy and Environment Society - SOEMA) where he held conferences, congresses, workshops and more activities aligned to educate, link and act. He is currently an advisor and workshop leader in it. He was selected in the 5th edition of The Millennials Movement Citizen Ambassadors program in collaboration with Project Everyone, The Worlds Largest Lesson, and the United Nations SDG Action Campaign and the Youth and Children Major Group-MGCY. He trained at the Climate Reality Leadership Corps Global Training Session and is currently a leader and mentor at The Climate Reality Project. He is part of the rainbow DiFIdencia collective, a collective that carries out activities in favor of the dissident communities of the UNAM Faculty of Engineering.
