Amber Josfin Pineda

Amber Josfin Pineda is a college freshman from Guåhan interested in environmental engineering. Besides having been a Pacific Daily News intern and Cathartic Lit executive editor, she has served as the Green Club President, Academic Challenge Bowl Team Captain, Student Council Secretary, and National Honor Society member of her high school. As a lover of scientific and sustainable development, she believes in the significance of preserving marine life and is honored to be a part of the Blue Carbon Ambassadors Program. Through her participation, she hopes to contribute to the global discussion regarding climate change with her Guåhan experiences. In her free time, Amber Josfin enjoys listening to indie and classical music, watching romcom movies, and self-studying math.
