Arjun is a 19-year-old from Vancouver B.C. Canada. He has completed 2 years in post secondary education and is entering his third year in Earth and Ocean sciences. He has studied theory and practical skills in Geology, Geography, Biology, and Field studies as part of the Earth and Environmental Science faculty. From a very young age, he always had a passion for the organisms and the beauty of the ocean. Before he joined EarthEcho he was involved with Ocean Wise, where he joined a youth program called Youth to Sea, which helped him further embrace his passion for conservation of the ocean.

This jumpstarted Arjun to work together with a group of peers where they created a sustainable eco-friendly plant seeds know as "Seeds to Sea"  to distrbute amongst his community. As well as being a Blue Carbon Ambassador this summer, he has been networking and applying for mineral exploration and geological surveys as a seasonal geologist here in B.C., Canada. When he has free time some of the hobbies/activities that Arjun enjoys are skiing, mountain biking, driving/mechanics, hiking, playing tennis, socializing with friends and family, and travelling. Arjun is enthusiastic about what the future unfolds for him and is excited to obtain more knowledge of our ocean conservation through EarthEcho.
